20×10 Gas Bottle Store

 

Custom Built Atex Coshh store for storing gas bottles. This unit was custom built with corrugated steel panels 20ft long x 10ft wide. It had a fully ventilated floor from galvanised steel mesh, as well as 4 aluminium louver vents in the walls. We also fitted galvanised box section racks with chains on to hold various gas bottles in place. One 4ft wide steel personnel door with emergency push bar exit system. The cabin was also fitted out with ATEX rated lighting we also fabricated an access ramp to help load the unit with the gas bottles. The unit was internally painted light grey and externally painted light green. Finally, the Universal team delivered the unit to the customers site and offloaded it into their desired location.
